I use an MG tracker weekly who has really helped me to see myself more clearly. My neurologist isn’t interested in my tracking but I know that it’s helpful to me knowing where I’m at. The last question each week ends with “given what you have noted is your current medication enough ?” That really helps me to think about the situation and decide.
