I was diagnosed at 67 and I’m currently 70. Yes, it’s often difficult to distinguish the source of my issues, rheumatoid arthritis, asthma, or aging? It’s often hard to say. Chewing fatigue, eyelid droop, and double vision seem to clearly be MG. Shortness of breath, fatigue, and rising from a chair are less definitive. If I’m suffering from one of the more obvious symptoms at the time, I tend to attribute the others to MG also. If not, then I blame one of the other issues.
