How do you recover after working out with MG?
I recently started going to the gym again and I’m trying to keep my routine as normal as possible. I just make sure to take very long breaks between exercises so I don’t completely drain my energy.

For recovery, I’ve found that stretching, yoga, menthol/muscle soreness creams, and especially ice packs help me a lot with post-workout soreness. I’ve also noticed that eating clean before and after exercising makes it easier for me to get up and function the next day.

Interestingly, doing some light exercise again two days later seems to help with the soreness too. Yoga has probably been the most helpful thing for me, whether I do it before or after the workout.
I’m curious — what are your go-to strategies for recovering after exercise with MG ?

Great question. I’m trying to figure it out myself. I’ve been working on adding exercise slowly because I know that it will help but get so tired after that I can’t function for several days afterwards. I’m not doing a lot but it’s obviously too much.
