  • October celebrations – Happy Halloween? Dia de los Muertos? Samhain?

How do you celebrate Halloween or other October holidays?

How does MG interfere and affect how you engage in the festivities?

Personally, I’m not a huge fan of Halloween because of how gory a lot of adults try and make it. It used to be fun when it was just that – FUN.

As I dig deeper into my spirituality, I’m finding I align more with the idea of Samhain or Dia de los Muertos and honoring the dead.

The best part of Halloween…is the 50% off candy the day after. HA

I have not celebrated Halloween in many years. I have read where it originated from and being a Christian, I chose not to celebrate it any longer.

I’m replying to Mama. I no longer celebrate Halloween because I’m a Christian. Its’ roots are paganistic and I can not participate.
