  • How do you communicate your MG needs to family and friends?

Family can be supportive, confused, overwhelmed, or all three at once. Communicating your needs — or your limits — can feel heavy, especially when you’re already carrying so much.

I’ve learned that clarity helps everyone. Not dramatic explanations. Not apologies. Just steady truth: “This is what my body can do today. This is what it can’t.” It’s not a weakness. It’s information.

How do you talk to family about your MG needs?

What helps you communicate without feeling like you’re asking for too much?
