  • Have you noticed weather‑related changes in your MG symptoms?

Many people search for information about weather‑related MG symptoms, especially when sudden temperature changes seem to trigger weakness or fatigue. Weather can be a surprisingly powerful factor in how MG shows up day to day.

For me, rapid shifts — warm to cold, cold to warm — can throw my body off balance. My muscles feel heavier, my eyelids droop faster, and even my breathing feels different. It took time to realize that it wasn’t “in my head” — it was a real pattern.

Have you noticed weather‑related changes in your MG symptoms? What kinds of shifts affect you the most?
