75 Male, 15 months into gMG journey. Up until a few months ago I believe my nighttime leg (calf) cramps were from overuse during the day, a banana a day helped and I could walk it off quickly. In late June feet started cramping arch and top, no walking it off, only help was wrapping in hot towel until it subsides enough to sleep. At the same time hands started twisting up during the day, sometime when in use, sometimes when idle, spasm, palm and fingers like MS or similar. This is not constant, 2-3 times per week, no pattern or trigger determined yet. As others have noted, my Dr. doesn’t think its directly from MG, likely a combination of meds and side effects.

I have been on Mestinon all along, 30 mg 3x day, increased to 4x day 6/24, I have not determined if it helps the cramping yet. I also started prednisone 5mg 3/31, has been increased to 25 mg/day in steps. And, I also started Cellcept 6/24 at 500mg/day and have increased to 2000mg/day in steps. All of the increases in new meds and increased dosages is to try to gain control over worsening symptoms, which in my case are eyes, voice and fatigue. If approval is obtained the next Med will be Vyvgart injections, TBD. With the infamous snowflake aspect of MG symptoms and new and changing doses of meds over the last few months, I have struggled to determine the new cramping causes, if it can even be determined, will keep on trying.

The journey continues and I appreciate forums like this for information from other MG patients.
