I have had Vyvgart (not Hytrulo) infusions for more than two years – four week of infusions followed by five weeks without them, and the results have been beyond all my expectations. Now I virtually don’t know that I have myasthenia gravis, no symptoms whatsoever, and no side effects, for the entire five weeks between the infusion cycles. I could try to prolong this interval, but do not want to push my luck.
