My description is similar to BKK. I often say mg is like using solar energy.
When the sun is shining and you have full energy, I take a bath wash, my hair, dry it, and style it, it’s a good day. Some days a few clouds will block the sun giving limited energy, just as in mg limiting my abilities, and then the thunderclouds roll in and watch out with mg I’m done and have to ride out the storm. The only good thing is so far I’ve successfully managed the effects of the storm.
