I was diagnosed with LRP4+ MG Dec 2022. The entire year of2023 I took Mestonin 60mg 3-4 times a day. When my symptoms exacerbated prednisone was added short term.

In 2024 Mestonin was upped to five times a day/as needed & Cellcept was added twice daily.

In December 2024, I began IVIG therapy In a hospital setting. My neurologist has had me continue with this treatment indefinitely thru 2025 On a week/off week (3days per week). We will reevaluate at the end of the year.

IVIG Is helping me a lot. Still have struggles, but daily functioning is more manageable with less exacerbations.

    Best wishes to you.
