I was diagnosed in January 2022 and I am seronegative. For the last 2 years I have been receiving IVIG, Octagam, every 2 weeks. I’m also on Mestonin and cellcept. I have experienced balance issues, especially more within the last year. However, I have been struggling with vertigo, pretty badly, the last 2 weeks. Feels like I’m walking like I’m drunk. Lots of spinning and hard to focus my eyes when it occurs. I also have tinnitus. It’s getting better. My physical therapist has me doing some eye muscle strengthening exercises. Would be interesting if this is due to our MG or possibly our medications.
