MemberMy first appointment with my Neurologist, I was asked to loss weight and was told that maintaining an average weight, would be good for my overall health.
I was in the Obese Classification for my height, but I never had any health issues until I was diagnosed with MG.
Since my diagnoses last fall, I have been on a 1/2 to 1 pound a week loss program and have lost over 15 pounds.
I cook my own meals, stay away from fast foods, eat tons of Fruits and Veggies and actually find it very rewarding to see results on a weekly basis.
I will say that I feel better than I have in years and plan to keep on track, until I reach the standard weight range for my height.
