MemberI started on Mestinon, 60 mg three times a day. Recently, my neurologist put me on 180 mg slow release once a day. I went back to the 60 mg because the 180 makes me sick.
I am lactose intolerant and Mestinon has lactose in it. Even using Lactase, and eating something, I still get nauseous, especially with the 180 mg.
