Yes it definitely will help with the fatigue and weakness. As you become more in tune with your body you may find yourself like some of us, being able to spot signs before an episode, flare up, or what I call a ruined rest of the day.
In response to the other post, it is short lived but if you have a good neurologist, after your EMG, they should be able to get a good action.MG is unpredictable so it may take a bit of time, but hopefully it will get a bit better for you.
