Maggie, I live in Sarasota, and my only symptom was double vision. I saw a neuro-opthalmologist who sent me for a brain MRI (unremarkable) and bloodwork (triple seronegative), but couldn’t see me again for 2 months, which in my opinion was way too long (I’m a retired RN and that made me crazy!). it’s almost impossible to find a neurologist here who can see you in the next six months! I called TGH and they were the same. I found a doc in Clearwater who saw me, diagnosed me with OMG, and put me on pyridostigmine. I can’t deal with the side effects. Who did you finally see, and where?
